Usage

Application Details
Polymer Crosslinking Agent Suitable for crosslinking of various polymers, especially polyethylene (LDPE, HDPE) and ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymers. Crosslinking temperature >170°C, no crosslinking below 140°C. Dosage: 0.5-3% (W/W), higher for materials that are hard to crosslink.
High-Temperature Vulcanizing Agent for Silicone Rubber Ideal for vulcanizing silicone rubber, as well as other rubber types, providing high tensile strength and hardness.
Polypropylene Degradation Agent Effective for polypropylene degradation, creating low molecular weight, narrow molecular distribution polypropylene. Used in production of fibers, coatings, films, and cast materials.
High-Temperature Curing Agent for Unsaturated Polyester Widely used for curing unsaturated polyester resins.

Disposal Methods

Disposal Method Description
Diluted Incineration Dilute the product with inexpensive solvents (e.g., alcohol) to less than 10%, and incinerate under controlled conditions.
Hydrolysis Use a solution of caustic soda in methanol or isopropanol (20%-30%) to hydrolyze, adding the product to 10 times its weight of caustic solution, stirring until complete hydrolysis.
Large-Scale Disposal For large quantities, notify the manufacturer for specialized disposal handling.

Spill Handling

Spill Handling Description
Eye Contact Flush eyes with water for 15 minutes, seek medical attention.
Skin Contact Wash thoroughly with soap and water, seek medical attention.
Spill on Ground Absorb with inert materials (sand, vermiculite), then collect with non-sparking tools and dispose of properly.

Fire Protection

Fire Protection Description
Small Fire Handling Use foam or dry powder extinguishers for small fires.
Large Fire Handling Evacuate to a safe distance, use water cannon for fire fighting, and immediately notify fire services for further support.
