Overview
TBEC is a versatile organic peroxide widely used as an initiator for the polymerization of styrene and acrylates in the temperature range of 100-130°C. It serves as an efficient crosslinking agent for polymers and elastomers such as EVA, EPDM, and natural rubber, offering fast curing speeds and excellent physical properties. Additionally, TBEC is employed in the curing of unsaturated polyester resins (UPR) for hot press molding applications, making it a critical component in the production of high-quality composite materials.
